Intended Use
HCG Rapid Test Kit (Lateral chromatography) is to be used for in vitro qualitative diagnostic of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in urine samples. The test is only to be used by medical professionals.
Test Principle
The kit is immunochromatographic and uses double-antibody sandwich method to detect HCG, It contains Colored spherical particles labeled HCG monoclonal antibody 1 that is wrapped in conjugate pad, HCG monoclonal antibody II that is fixed on the membrane, and quality-control line C.

Operation Flow
For Strip:
1.Take out the test strip from the original aluminum foil bag and insert the reagent strip into the urine sample in the direction of the arrow for 10 seconds.
2.Then take it out and put it flat on a clean and flat table and start timer.
3.Read the results within 3-8 minutes and determine it invalid after 8 minutes.
For Cassette:

Result Interpretation
Negative result
Colored band appear at control line (C) only. It indicates that the negative
result.
Positive Result
Colored bands appear at both test line (T) and control line (C). It indicates a positive result for the detection of HCG.
Invalid Result
No visible colored band appears at control line after performing the test. The directions may not have been followed correctly. It is recommended that the
specimen be re-tested.
