Intended Use
LH Rapid Test Kit (Lateral chromatography) is to be used to test women generated luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine levels, to predict ovulation time
Test Principle
The kit is immunochromatographic and uses double-antibody sandwich method to detect LH, It contains Colored spherical particles labeled LH monoclonal antibody 1 that is wrapped in conjugate pad.

Operation Flow
For Strip:
1.Take out the test strip from the original aluminum foil bag and insert the reagent strip into the urine sample in the direction of the arrow for 10 seconds.
2.Then take it out and put it flat on a clean and flat table and start timer.
3.Read the results within 3-8 minutes and determine it invalid after 8 minutes.
For Cassette:
1. Take out the cassette, put it on a horizontal table.
2.Using the disposable dropper supplied, collect sample and add 3 drops (125 μL) of urine to the round sample well on the test cassette. The test Cassette should not be handled or moved until the test is complete and ready for reading.
3.Wait 3 minutes and read.
4. Read the results in 3-5 minutes. The result explanation time is not more than 5 minutes.
For Midstream:
1.To prepare for testing, take the test pen out of the aluminum foil bag and remove the cap.
2.Place the suction end side down in the urine stream or urine sample collected and leave for 10 seconds.
3.Then take it out and put it flat on a clean and flat table and start timer.Wait 3 minutes and read.
4. Read the results in 3-5 minutes. The result explanation time is not more than 5 minutes.

Result Interpretation
Negative result
Test line (T) red stripe color is lower than the control line (C), or test line (T) didn't appear red stripe, said has yet to appear in the urine LH peak value, must continue to test every day.
Positive Result
Two red line, and test line (T) red stripe color equal or deeper than the control line (C) color, said it will ovulation within 24-48 hours.
Invalid Result
No color band shows in the control line (C line).
