General Information

Recombinant monkeypox virus B6R protein is produced by Mammalianexpression system and the target gene encoding Tyr18-Thr277 is expressed with a His-tag at the C-terminus.

Purity

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The Recombinant Monkeypox Virus B6R protein consisting of 275 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 30.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 40.0 kDa under reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
