General Information

Recombinant helicobacter pylori HSP60 is produced by E.coli expression system and the target

gene encoding Met1-Met546 is expressed with a His-tag at the C-terminus.

The recombinant human myeloperoxidase protein consisting of 716 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 81.0 kDa.The protein migrates as 90-110 kDa under reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
